The unit has a massive loft style design with a grand entrance that shows off the apartment from the moment you walk in. Super high ceilings, wide open living room, foyer and reading area. As you walk in you will pass a chic designed reading area with natural sunlight coming in through the long window. The living room has a comfortable sectional with a 55" smart TV ready for great movie nights or binge watching your favorite shows or even the big game night. Stroll over to the dining area that comfortably seats 6 and has a lovely hanging light above that creates an intimate setting for any dinner night. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking amenities, coffee maker, toaster, gas stove and oven, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher and all flatware There are 3 bedrooms all comfortably designed and ready for you to rest. 1 Bedroom has a Queen size bed, one bedroom has a full size bed and one has a twin single bed. The larger room have closet space, ceiling fans, and private doorway and a reading area. The single room has a 32" smart TV, private doorway, reading area and a large closet outside the room for storage. Fully equipped 2 full bathrooms with shower, tub, vanity and toilet. Very nice ceramic design and very clean. There is an in-unit free washer/dryer, central Heat and AC, and a fitness center on the first floor for all our guests to enjoy. The area is amazing as Northern Liberties is the preferred location for people looking for great places to eat and gather with their friends and family. Within walking distance you have Dos Caminos, North Bowl, Johnny Brendas, Sancho Pistolas, Frankford Beer Garden, El Camino Real, and many more great places to eat and enjoy. The subway is only a few blocks away on Girard Avenue and takes you to Center City and all historical points within 6-9 minutes. Parking: there is regular street parking and you can also apply with the City of Philadelphia for a guest parking pass for longer stays. You can also walk up the block and park all day with no restrictions across Girard Avenue. Rules: There is absolutely no smoking inside the apartment or building common areas. There are no events, parties or unauthorized guests allowed. No pets unless authorized, a pet accommodation is applicable. Please do not move the furniture or beds, be mindful of the hardwood floors. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. There is a trash area on the ground level, as you exit the elevator make a left and right past the mailboxes there is a door to your left, that is the trash area, please make sure the door behind you doesn't lock as you enter the trash room.. Also there are dumpsters outside in front of the building, you can place trash inside of there as well. The fitness center is accessible for our guests and the code is 1151 to enter. Please be mindful and clean up after your workout. The rooftop pool is located at the Umbrella Building only a few blocks away at 1401 N 5th Street Philadelphia Pa. You will need an authorization bracelet for the pool access and that is only provided to our guest authorized for their stay. Pool opens seasonally and at the discretion of the building management.
