If you have a really good arm - you could hit the tennis courts, the indoor or outdoor pools, pickleball courts, sauna, hot tub and weight room. You can see the recreation pavilion from your front porch and the golf course from the back porch.
This is a ground floor unit for easy in and out. It's also easy to get to Bethany Beach via the seasonal shuttle. You do have to purchase amenity passes to use the shuttle, pool, tennis and pickleball courts etc. Only about 3 miles to the beach so you could bike to Bethany if you're an over achiever.
This fantastic property boasts 3 bedrooms - 2 with king beds and 1 with a full bed. 2 bathrooms - one featuring a bathtub/shower while the master bath has a separate shower and tub. Guests will feel right at home as our family did for many, many years.
