Regardless of where you choose to spend the day this house has all that you need to arrive and enjoy the gateway to the cape.
Being just before the Borne bridge you will eliminate traffic and find the water and sand you are looking for.
2 Small Bedrooms with closets
-Green Bedroom has a Queen sized bed and TV
-Blue Bedroom has a full size bottom bunk and a twin top bunk.
-Both Bedrooms have Window AC's
-Bar style kitchen where you can watch the chef.
-Living Room with TV (Antenna channels only and Roku access)
Small desk in the corner behind bar to bring a laptop and work from.
2 Car driveway
If you are bringing your trailered boat you are welcome to also park on the front lawn. The front lawn is not prestigious and its "the cape way!"
The back yard has a nice deck with seating for 4 as well as a grill.
Out in the back yard you will find
-a fire pit (you do need to bring your own wood)
-dart board (Please be advised they are real darts please use responsibly)
Remember this is a neighborhood and the neighbors are close and have children. Please be respectful. No cursing ever or carrying on after 9pm
