It has great views the beach and ocean from its many windows. There is ample parking and a large backyard. This is a premium home with hardwoods, granite, and amenities you would expect like central air-conditioning. Most importantly, it is 40 yards from one of the state’s best beaches.

Within a few minutes drive are three other beautiful beaches, several wonderful restaurants, and the Port of Galilee, which is a quaint, fishing village featuring shops, restaurants and fishing charters. This is where the ferry leaves to go to Block Island. The famed seaside town of Newport is 15 minutes away, Providence and its weekend water fires are about 40 minutes away, and two casinos in Connecticut are within 30 minutes.
