There are four bedrooms, starting with the master which includes a king size bed, AC, full bathroom, walk-in closet, and a washer and dryer. Bedroom 2, also on the first floor, has a full size bed, AC, and sliding glass door with access to the front balcony. Bedroom 3, on the ground floor, has a Queen size bed and 1 set of bunk beds. Bedroom 4, also on the ground floor, has 2 full size beds. There are also 2 additional bathrooms with a shower, one on each floor.The first floor living room has seating for all and access to the balcony overlooking the full view of beautiful Sebago Lake. The up-to-date kitchen is very large, has all modern appliances, and granite counter tops. Neighboring the kitchen is a little dining room that looks onto the back deck where the grill and deck furniture are. On the ground floor there is second living room with a TV and a bar. There are two additional decks, one out front, and one on the side, for hanging out and relaxing. Unless you choose to relax on the hammock out front. The yard is plenty big enough for yard games of all sorts and we have our very own fire pit, horse shoe pit, and a paved basketball half court. We have a full aluminum dock, 1 mooring for boats, a swim raft, 2 kayaks and 100 feet of private sandy beach. Join the fun!
