Allplay, a classic mid-century cottage, is beautifully situated on nearly 1.5 acres of landscaped grounds where views of the Sentinel Range peek through the trees. The house has been lovingly furnished in a combination of classic Danish modern and quality rustic pieces, with hardwood floors and beautiful rugs throughout. Its quiet but convenient location and charming interior make Allplay a unique and cherished retreat. Built by well-known New York architect Ronald Allwork for his own family, the house is located at the base of Cobble Hill, about a 1.5 mile walk into the center of Lake Placid village. Note that the house has a near neighbor, a cottage that was the original garage for the house.
Allplay features 3 bedrooms (2 with queen, 1 with bunk beds), 2 full baths (1 with whirlpool tub), den with flat-panel TV (with cable service) and DVD player, living room with fireplace, and dining room.
