This casual and updated home welcomes you to come enjoy. Thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom, and close to Sandwich Village!
Guests are welcomed into this beautiful three bedroom, one bathroom home with all the amenities you will need on your vacation. You will enter this home through the mudroom on the backside of the house, great place to hang your towels from the beach or even the dog leash. From the mudroom you will head into the newly renovated kitchen with stainless steal appliances, butcherblock countertops, and a large dining table with room for the entire group to enjoy a meal together.
The living room features a comfortable couch with a large arm chair to catch a game or watch a movie. Two bedrooms are on the main floor, each features a queen-sized bed. On the first floor you will also find the bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
The stairway brings you up to an additional room with 2 twin beds, a fold down futon and an additional living area. This is a great space for kids to hang out or even the additional friends/family.
The large front yard has great greenery to offer kids shade during an intense game of tag! In the back of house you will also find an enclosed outdoor shower. This property is just a short drive to historic Sandwich Village where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. Town Neck Beach is also a short drive away. The Cape Cod Canal is a great place to see the boats enter and exit the Canal, ride a bike along the 14 mile bike trail or just go for a nice walk!
