The spa & barbecue grills with different patio sets and sunbathing or long chairs are located on the rooftop deck, where you get to see the amazing, almost 360-degree Downtown San Diego views from up there. A designated parking space #131 is securely located underground. The Trash Chute Room is located just around the corner from the Condo or second door to your right. All amenities are included. However, everything must remain in the condo and in this high-rise building at your check-out date/time. Anything that’s been damaged or lost for whatever reason must be your full responsibility.
