Get cozy on the oversize sofa in the large media room on the lower level. With a large screen tv, beverage refrigerator and bar area. Fifth bedroom is located on lower level as well with two bunk beds and full bath. With 5 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to get ready in the morning. Covered outdoor patio area for relaxing by the pool (seasonally) or enjoy outdoor dining. And some basketball in the private 1/2 court next to the driveway.
