Beautiful two-level villa, designed by a famous architect in the middle of Seminyak. Suited for 4 adults and 2 children, with private pool and adjoining children pool. Just a 3 minute walk to the main shopping street, with many bars and restaurants.
This villa in the heart of Seminyak designed by an International well known architect has 2 levels, dividing up the living- and sleeping area.
The beautiful living room, with specially designed sliding doors to opens up to an infinity pool with waterfall and adjoining safe children pool surrounded by a private garden. An outdoor lounge set, shower and separate bathroom downstairs complete the picture.
The two spacious bedrooms has king size beds with high quality mattresses from King Koil and their own large modern terrazzo bathroom.
For guests convenience, we can change the bed setting in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed that can be split to 2 singles and furthermore has a sofa couch with an additional trundle, that can accommodate two children in 2 single beds.
Downstairs the fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, floats into the dining area and with its wide retractable doors gives a perfect indoor/outdoor living experience.
The villa has its own ground floor entrance and a secure double garage. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Satellite TV, DVD/CD player, safe deposit box, ceiling fan, Wi-fi and serviced daily by friendly and competent staff.
Free breakfast is served daily (8.30-10.30am) and airport transfers are included (with a minimum stay of 7 days).
Maximum occupancy for villa : 4 adults with 2 children.

There is 24/7 staff present and our house manager Maria is there for any questions, guidance or help. Outside office hours she is reachable by phone for emergencies.
The Neighborhood
Just around the corner from the vibrant shopping street and nightlife of Seminyak. Here you can find numerous bars, restaurants and clubs.
Getting Around
Every minute there a taxi's passing by in front of the street. It is easy to go by foot, as the main street is around the corner.
Personally I would say the best transportation is by scooter, to go around traffic jams.
