Tastefully renovated in a contemporary style including a new master chef kitchen you will feel relaxed the moment your car rolls into the driveway.
There is a refreshing 20x40 pool (with a child safety fence if needed), top of a line playground, and plenty of outdoor space for children to run free. We also have a vegetable garden for those who enjoy cooking. It has 5 tastefully furnished bedrooms, a nanny/playroom, office, TV-room, dining room, living room, eat-in kitchen, and sunroom.
Outside, enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower after the beach or pool, a large hammock to sneak in those mid-afternoon naps, plenty of songbirds singing amongst the fruit orchard, and a gas grill if you choose to do some outdoor cooking.
The house comes completely stocked with everything you need to enjoy some quality time with your family and friends. The house is also conveniently located just a short driving distance to many wonderful restaurants, wineries, farms and farm stands, shops, and grocery stores.
