Newly renovated ranch farmhouse located on a quiet country road. Relaxation is unavoidable here, with a short bike or drive to Long Island Sound, and 20+ wineries and excellent restaurants. Lots of outdoor living space including back patio, BBQ grill, lounge chairs, pergola, and large in-ground pool. Full kitchen with top line appliances, great for cooking.
This is our primary residence, FYI, there will be spaces in the house not available to guests, where our personal belongings will be stored. The house will be clean but lived-in, just to be clear. Not all BR are available to guests. Friendly pet cats are present outdoors.
House is right next door to our working organic farm, where you are welcome to walk, and next to a horse barn (riding not possible, sorry! But we may be able to set up animal visits on some dates). There will be some animal noises and staff coming and going next to house to care for animals 2 x per day. Family friendly ranch layout (no indoor stairs!), with TV, dishwasher, AC, outdoor grill, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi. One bedroom is sunroom with see-through ceiling to see stars at night.
Close to wineries, aquarium, golfing, water park, outlet shopping, boating activities, and much more....at night you will see stars sparkle, hear owls hoot and smell the ocean breezes.
