Tastfully decorated, surrounded by giant logs, in a perfect spot for vacationers. The property is 6 minutes to Bretton Woods and the world famous Mount Washington Hotel. 12 minutes to Cannon Mt. and Echo Lake Beach. 30 minutes to Loon. Overall, you are within a half hour from Santa's Village, downtown Littleton, Storyland, Attitash, North Conway Shopping, Loon Mt, Whales Tale Water park, The Flume, Clark's Trained Bears, Polar Caves, Moose Tours, zip line activities, hiking trails, Forest Lake, and much more. This gem has million dollar views of Mount Washington and views of three different Mountain ranges all together. You have town water and cable but you feel secluded and off the beaten path. Corridor 11 snowmobile trail is across the front yard for your convenience. Inside there are 4 flatscreens, exotic ceiling fans, a pass through field stone fireplace, darts, pool table, potentially a card table, and wonderful decks to soak in the view. The outdoor firpit with chairs is directly in front of the big mountain. Overall, an unbeatable setting to spend your White Mountain vacation. Don't let this pass by. This is one of the best if not the best house in this popular community. The property sleeps twelve and pets are welcome on a conditional basis. A fee and a larger deposit has to go with any pet. The house is new and there is no other way. You don't see houses like this for rent often so hurry and reserve your space. Feel free to call and negotiate the time and price. Early check in and late check out could be permitted depending on the schedule. Cancellations might be allowed for certain April, May, and November bookings.
