Older bay house with new bath down stairs on demand hot water heater, WHOLE HOUSE DEHUMIDIFIER to take any dampness out of house being so close to the bay, also just had the cellar encspulated in plastic so the cellar smells don't come upstairs. A little problem in the past but is rectified now.This older captains house is located in beautiful Corea Maine where you can relax. There are hiking trails, kayaking, sand beach mile from the house, Arcadia national park 4 miles away in winter harbor where you can visit Schoodic Point, next town away. There is also a bayfront snack bar across the street from my Corea house where you can get a fresh brewed coffee or favorite seafood dish. Sitting on their bayfront deck is relaxing and exhilarating.
The downstairs bath has been recently remodeled top to bottom, upstairs bedrooms have new hardwood floors as with the upstairs hallway and downstairs hallway also. New air conditioner was just installed for the hot days which are rare in Corea in master bedroom. If you dont like airconditioner there is a ceiling fan to move the air.
The house has large front deck to relax with picnic table, The house is located diagonally accross from the Corea post office.
