Larger vacation groups will savor this 3200 sq. ft. family retreat on a secluded, professionally landscaped acre-plus in a quiet neighborhood in historic Brewster. The location is central to everything you’ll want to do this summer on the Cape. Drive less than 10 minutes to any of several Brewster beaches on Cape Cod Bay, get your morning joe at renowned Snowy Owl coffee, and grab a bite at local favorites like Cobie’s and JT’s. Spend an afternoon riding on the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path, or explore the beautiful trails and ponds of Nickerson State Park just around the corner. If you prefer the ocean, Nauset beach and its legendary surfing are just a 15 minute drive away in neighboring Orleans.
Back at your house, relax in any of several living spaces, all outfitted with comfortable furnishings. The recently finished basement features an 8’ Brunswick pool table and game area, complemented by a lounge space with 60” Roku TV for movie nights (streaming services included!) The second floor boasts a den and office space, including a modern automatic sit/stand desk and 29” monitor in case any work follows you to the Cape (high-speed WiFi is available throughout the house). A cozy living room rounds out the first-floor, with its own 50” TV.
A well-equipped kitchen with two ovens and a gas range awaits you to cook your family dinners, or an outdoor oasis awaits in the private backyard, complete with a dining set, and gas grill. When it’s time to eat, serve family-style feasts at a dining table for 8, indoors or out.
The home has four bedrooms with a max capacity of sleeping 13. The first-floor guest room is outfitted with a queen bed. On the second floor you’ll find three serene bedrooms. The main bedroom wows with a king-size bed, en-suite full bath, walk-in closet, and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third two twin-over-full bunk beds, with two additional twin trundles to fit the whole family. The couch in the upstairs den also pulls out as a double bed.
The centerpiece of your outdoor living space with fire-pit will be, of course, the large, in-ground, heated salt pool. Take a refreshing dip or simply relax poolside with a cold drink and a good book, watching the kids play in the pool. Rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower, and there’s plenty of level yard for a Wiffle ball game. After dining al fresco, finish off the night roasting marshmallows around the large stone fire pit.

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement.
