Positive: I like the location. It's near to KLCC (10mins Grab ride if no traffic jam). There are alot of food options nearby. There is a 7-eleven right beside the hotel. Bed is comfy and aircon is cold.

Negative: Booked a family room with window for 2 nights but was given a smaller room (triple room) with no window instead on the first night, with bad smell in the room. On the second day when move me to the family room, I do not have any towels in the hotel and I waited for more than an hour. Cannot shower or go anywhere because of that.

Summary: Decent hotel but can be better
