Summary: Balikpapan is a huge city and the staff at the hotel were so helpful in helping me organise my way to seeing things. They really do go out of their way! The hotel is on a busy street with places to eat but it also serves lovely food in the restaurant. The room was very spacious with lots of English speaking satellite channels.facilities such as a hairdryer are available on request. For my £17, breakfast was included, which is buffet style with lots of choice. Free water and hot drinks in the room with other free refreshments in the lobby. Excellent value!
