On the right is with a huge great room, piano, TV, and fireplace with windows overlooking the pool, and a powder room. To your left is the kitchen and dining room. The dining table seats eight and The kitchen area has stainless steel appliances and an eat-in countertop. There is a wrap around side deck and a huge back deck next to the kitchen with a gas grill, lounge area and outdoor dining for eight. The large roof deck offers 360 views, covering the bay, ocean, the Pines and the far east of Fire Island. Sunsets are spectacular! All decks have teak furniture and planted flower boxes. WiFi is available throughout. The experience is like being in a large luxurious, well-equipped treehouse.
