Tiptop (as we call it) at Blodgett's Landing is such a magical place. The cottage is perfect for a family getaway and steps from a magical view of the glistening water of Lake Sunapee and across to Mt. Sunapee. Lake access is just down the road to the waterfront area and dock - summer is the perfect season to enjoy this wonderful home. In winter, fall and spring fire up the heat! Play games under the back gazebo and enjoy the outdoors. Stroll along Lake Ave and enjoy the incredible sunsets over the vast views of Lake Sunapee.
House has a kayak and a stand-up paddle board for your use while at the lake. In addition, there is a large grill for summer dinners on the back deck.
Typical rentals for the summer and through September are week long only (or close to it), but feel free to reach out and we can figure it out :-).
NOTE: Fall/Winter rentals will have a 3 night minimum.
"Tiptop" as we know it, is the perfect Lake Sunapee house. It offers great amenities, is well maintained with a updated floors and comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy the lake. Lake charm but you don't have to rough it. There is room for up to 8, a coffee station, modern appliances, large eating area, and a comfortable family room for relaxing after a day on the lake.
Tiptop is on a quiet street steps from the lake, public dock, and child friendly beach. The house is located in historic Blodgett's Landing with access to the shared dock. We are located directly across the lake from Sunapee harbor for ice cream or dinner and a very short car ride from lovely New London for amazing shopping and meals.
