This newly renovated cottage sits on a wooded lot on the east facing shore of Big Sandy Pond in Plymouth; this vacation getaway is close to many activities. 10 minutes from Bourne Bridge, 15 minutes from Historic Plymouth Waterfront, 5 minutes from Atlantic Country Club and many other courses close by. Water Wizz and downtown Buzzards Bay 10 minutes away. OR enjoy your days relaxing, swimming, kayaking sailing, jet-skiing or water skiing from your own private dock. Big Sandy is a very clean 134 acre great pond which is stocked annually with trout and has many bass as well as other fish. It is fully recreational and boats are allowed, there is a public landing very close by.
