Located 10 minutes from Newport and 5 minutes to beaches (by Car). Set on 2 acres this home has 5 bedrooms on the 1st two floors and 3 separate sleeping areas on the 3rd Floor (separated but lofty feel). 8 Person Hot tub on the backyard deck (located off the Kitchen). Large open TV/Dining room on the 1st Floor, and Pool Table, bar and TV on 2nd Floor.

The house has been tastefully and amply decorated to accomodate large groups in the open kitchen and dining room.
The location is 5 minutes from Newport Vineyards and Newport National Golf, about 7 minutes to beaches and 10-15 by car to Newport.
I am usually not interested in 2 night rentals during the high season (May-September) and holidays, but you are welcome to make an inquiry (sometimes I make exceptions based on scheduling and market conditions). It is at my discretion to determine number of days, so please check with me before you make solid plans with your group and put in a reservation. This is also a great corporate long-term stay house where I could give better pricing.
