Lots of lawn area, great tide changes, sand bar, birding, and mud flats. Two kayaks and plenty of life preservers are available. You need preservers per Maine Kayaking Law. Please text or leave a message when you go kayaking for safety purposes. The area is a paradise for exploring. Fishing and birding are also popular. A beach pass for all Maine State Parks comes with the rental. High speed wireless internet and deluxe cable TV. The property is 3.5 miles from Popham Beach, 14 miles to Bath, Maine, and 29 miles to Freeport Outlets.
