Southwest Harbor’s village is just down the road, as are some of the magical trails and lake swimming of the “Quiet Side.” Bar Harbor’s shops and restaurants are just a quick 15-minute drive, as are major park entrances. You’ll love the bright, clean, and airy spaces of this beautiful home, not to mention the peace and quiet that envelop this property.
FIRST FLOOR: Enter from the driveway into a grand foyer with a dramatic staircase. To the left is a comfortable Bedroom with a Queen Bed and access to a shared Full Bath with a walk-in shower. To the right of the entry, the Living Room features comfortable seating overlooking the wooded area behind the house. This space is combined with the Dining Area which features a table that seats ten to 12 easily. From there, enter the beautifully equipped Kitchen with custom cabinetry and high-end appliances, including a double oven, wine refrigerator, and induction cooktop. The Kitchen is open to a lovely space where the family can gather to watch TV or keep the cook company during meal prep. Small table seats four for more intimate meals. Or step through the French doors to the furnished deck overlooking the woods. Just beyond the Kitchen is a Laundry Room that leads to a separate side entry through the garage.
SECOND FLOOR: At the top of the stairs, French doors open to the Master Bedroom with a King Bed and a beautiful en suite, spa-like Full Bath with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom with a Queen, a Bedroom with Twins, and another Bedroom with a Queen all share a Full Bath with a combined tub and shower off the hallway. Bedrooms enjoy ceiling fans and heat pumps providing cooling air in the summer.
OUTDOOR SPACES: A lovely sun-filled deck with furnishings is perfect for outdoor dining. Just beyond the house is a sweet brook. Nice yard for safe play.
