Positive: This place is very magical. I've been to many many hotels and places via booking and this one is one of the best for several reasons. And I kept extending because of it. The staff are truly amazing - so caring, carefree and welcoming. They clean the rooms everyday, and they even helped me fix my wing mirror on my scooter. Nothing was too much trouble. Nengah the owner with his team put their heart and soul into the guest experience. I also had an amazing outdoor office with good WIFI, and the bed is very comfortable with quality TV entertainment. And the swimming pool is amazing for a morning dip - very clean and well maintained.

Negative: I think there could be a small sofa, even if single person just to enjoy in the room. The kitchens could do with having more utensils and better crockery (mostly plastic) and it can be annoying to share when you just need to eat, but you can access condiments and cooking oil for example. Fridge space is a bit limited too. + if you have a neighbour that smokes outside it can be frustrating as a non-smoker so I would have smoking and non-smoking spaces seperated out.
