Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Saco River access for all your tubing fun. Space for two families with multiple TV rooms and plenty of couch space, very well stocked kitchen. Beautiful deck space with outdoor lush gardens. Close to Attitash and North Conway. Great central spot for all your outdoor adventures.
The Space:
Wonderfully landscaped property that is wonderful for multiple families, directly across the street from the Saco River, with access to the river which is hard to come by without it being crammed with people. Great quiet neighborhood yet close to everything.
NOTE: If you leave any items behind and we need to ship the charge will be a minimum of $50. Please double check you have all of your belongings.
NOTE: We try our best to make sure there is propane for the grill but its possible you might need to get it refilled, in this case you bring it to many different places and we will reimburse you, just need a photo of your receipt.

Other Things to Note:
NOTE: We have black bears in the area which won't hurt you but they are always hungry and they are very smart and know how to open car doors, so please don't put any trash outside, and lock your car doors.
