Enjoy the end of summer or book now for fall! Have fun with the whole family in this beautiful townhouse on the south side of Brigantine island. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse with 3 decks is in a prime location, just 1 block from the drive-on beach and 3 blocks to the entrance for the cove beach (life guarded). We are just a 7 minute ride to the Atlantic City Casinos. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, and lots of additional shopping within a mile of the home. And feel free to bring your pet, as this unit is pet friendly.
This townhouse has been lovingly furnished and decorated to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Our Unit A, pet friendly home, features the following:
• Entry way coat closet
• 1st floor powder room
• The living room has a sofa, armchair, coffee tables and a 50” HDTV Smart TV (Amazon Fire TV).
• There is YouTube TV on the living room TV, so you can get all your local and favorite networks. Load up your favorite streaming service, such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. When your stay is up, please remember to log out of any service you add.
• WiFi is available through the home.
• The dining room has seating for 6. There is a buffet server that is helpful when serving a group. There are sliders that lead from the dining room to the first-floor back deck and fenced in yard - the perfect place for your dog!
• We also offer a grill in the warmer months, located in this side yard as well.
• The kitchen is well equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There are also dishes, silverware, cookware, and utensils so cooking is a breeze.
• There is a full size stackable washer and dryer in the laundry area.
• Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. All beds are Nectar memory foam beds. Included are Nectar memory foam pillows. Each room also has a Nectar white duvet comforter for a cozy sleep.
• The master bedroom with en suite bathroom has a king bed, dresser, smart TV and private deck, great for sunset views.
• The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV and private deck.
• The 3rd bedroom has double bed and a smart TV.
• Off the back deck is a large common area for both units.
• There is an outdoor shower (operation seasonally) located on the side of the house. You can enter through the gate at the left side of the house.
• Each unit has a storage garage equipped with beach chairs and bikes.
• Friendly neighborhood, 1 block from drive on beach and 2 blocks to beach entrance with life guard. Less than a mile to shopping - Acme, dollar store, gym, bagel store, Wawa, Dunkin Donuts, pharmacy.
• There are 2 off street parking spaces in front of the unit. From the unit, the town is walkable or great for biking.

• You must bring your own sheets and towels. (We can also refer you to a linen service.)

• No smoking in the house.
• No events, no house parties, no after prom/senior week rentals, or bachelor / bachelorette style parties. Any unauthorized event or party is grounds for immediate cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and physical removal of guest's and their property from the premises.
