Welcome to “OceanBrook,” the first word in quality seaside Maine vacation rentals. Our unique three unit vacation compound, located in the heart of historic Ocean Park and on Jordan Park Marsh, is ideally situated near Maine's renowned seven mile sandy beach on Saco Bay. And its just a three to five minute walk (2 blocks) to the beach. OceanBrook's three high quality units are available for weekly and multiple week rentals from the last week of June through the first week in September. (Our Summer high season.) For the remainder of the year, there is a three (3) night minimum stay requirement for any of our three units.
When your not enjoying the beach, you can relax on the marsh side patios for snacks or a barbeque. While OceanBrook is located in the midst of Ocean Park, its unique location on the protected wildlife refuge provides a sense of privacy as you relax in the shade under the spreading willows and birch trees. If you want to explore, OceanBrook is ideally located on the southern Maine coast, minutes from the Maine Turnpike.
Additionally, there is ample off-street guest parking (2 assigned spaces per unit) with some additional parking for visitors.
