Summary: I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, but this experience truly set a new bar. Space: The room was modern, clean, and very spacious. Larger than most city hotels I’ve stayed in. The room felt more like a modern condo than a standard hotel room. Location: It is extremely central and just a short, easy walk to both the train/bus stations and the downtown core. Check-in: The self-check-in instructions were detailed and made the arrival completely stress-free. Amenities: The bed was incredibly comfortable. The plentiful small appliances and a surprise of snacks that was such a thoughtful touch. Service That Goes Above and Beyond: The staff here are the real stars. They are genuinely friendly and went out of their way to ensure I was happy, taking the time to ask and listen to my feedback with a level of care you don't see often. I actually left a pair of pants behind after checking out. Most places would just toss them, but the staff took the initiative to call me immediately to let me know. That kind of integrity and attention to detail is hard to find! I highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in Halifax.
