Let me tell you about our newly renovated studio, Le Petit Port, condo located on Linekin Bay in East Boothbay, Maine. Our condo is part of the small Water's Edge Condominium and Cottages community. This property has a beautiful lawn that goes right down to the ocean where you can enjoy amazing views and sensational sunsets! The dock has deep water access and there's no better place to eat lunch than on the dock overlooking the bay. It's a short ride to quaint Boothbay Harbor where you can shop and eat seafood to your heart's content! The 2nd floor condo main area has a king size bed, loveseat and kitchen area. It's approximately 325 sq feet. The new kitchenette has a refrigerator, sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven and two burner hot plate. The bathroom includes room for clothes hanging, cabinet storage, toilet and shower. Just step outside the door to a covered outside deck with a view of the bay! The perfect spot for your morning coffee or nighttime dinner. There is also a guest laundry room just a short walk from the condo. My husband and I rented at Water's Edge two summers in a row and jumped at the chance to purchase this sweet condo on this amazing property! We hope that you will enjoy Le Petit Port as much as we have!
P.S. Just to be clear, there is NO hot tub or swimming pool on this property. We're having a problem with the website. Thanks.
