Ballard is a waterside neighborhood in an great location for those who want to explore everything Seattle has to offer without the noise of downtown. Easy access to the city and other Seattle neighborhoods. Near major bus lines, and only a half a mile to the Ballard's downtown area, where you can find hip bars, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. The in home laundry, additional rec. room, private office, and easy parking makes it ideal for long stays, larger groups, and working remotely.
Charming single family home with with a vintage flare. The private in home office and 450+ Mbps internet make this a great place to work from remotely. The downstairs third bedroom doubles at a second living room which makes traveling with kids or larger groups a breeze. The backyard makes for quick and easy potty breaks when traveling with fur friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs and some extras including a beautiful bright dining nook and espresso machine.
The house is entirely yours. Located in a quiet residential area. A walk around the neighborhood showcases some quintessential classic Seattle architecture, and you're likely to hear seals barking instead of dogs.
