The space
Our beautiful home has a large private pool (20x40) and a secluded fenced in garden. It is a fully renovated, 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom house. On the ground floor you will find a chef's kitchen, spacious dining area, living room and laundry room. There are also 2 bedrooms on this floor and a new bathroom. Upstairs is a full floor suite with a king size bed, separate dressing room/baby or young child's room, and a private terrace. The huge main bathroom has a free standing tub.
We are just a 20 minute walk from the historic village of Wading River with its beautiful white church and duck pond. Here you can grab coffee and pastries at Brekky before heading for a morning walk on the beach (3.5 mile circuit)
Visit the numerous farms, vineyards and excellent restaurants all within a 10 mile radius. La Plage, our personal favorite, is a 3 minute drive away! Enjoy days at the beach or a trip to the vineyards and quaint towns on the North Fork.
If you want to see how the other half lives, we are a 40 minute drive to Southhampton and the Hamptons.
For those who love to shop Tanger Outlets provides great bargains whilst the quaint towns and villages of the North Fork have local stores with more unique products.
Guest access
** Capacity – The house accommodates a maximum of 8 people (2 max per bedroom plus sofa bed). No additional guests are allowed on property without owner’s advance consent.
** Events – We cannot accommodate and do not permit gatherings or events of more than 8 people. Guests are permitted to bring only the number of guests booked in their reservation, and no more, onto the property. This a maximum of 8 people. Feel free to inquire if you have questions.
Other things to note
** Please note we do not allow pets.
** Music – Feel free to connect seamlessly to two Bose Bluetooth speakers. Kindly enjoy your tunes at a respectful level to not disturb the neighbors. Please note speakers are not waterproof and not permitted on or nearby the pool.
** We provide copious plastic and melanin glasses and plates for outside use and around the pool. Please do not bring glassware into the garden or pool area.
** Parking – 4 cars (two tandem) fit easily on our driveway. Please do not park on the street or elsewhere on the property.
** Safety – please note the house has an outdoor security system to monitor exterior areas for the safety of all our guests.
