Positive: The staff were phenomenal. They were pleasant, very professional, eager to provide clean sheets, and listened attentively to my complaint when I was departing. The location was wonderful with accessible locations to restaurants, banks and gas stations.

Negative: I was very surprised and disappointed after two days sleeping in bed on dirty sheets. I asked for sheets on the third day, the sheets were filthy, old silk rose petals along the base board and at the top of my bed. When changing the linen, I found a stained dirty mattress. a stained couch, dirt behind the bathroom sink and the room had an odor. We initially moved from one room to another due to the smell after entering. I feel awful having to write this because overall the staff were wonderful people and quite attentive.

Summary: My stay was quiet and relaxing.
