This is a colonial style , 2 story house with 1,648 sq. ft. of living area. There are 3 bedrooms (all second floor) and 2.5 bathrooms (2 full baths second floor, half bath main floor). The master bedroom has a king bed and full bath. Of the two remaining bedrooms, one has a king bed and the other a queen bed. Upon request, provisions can be made for 2 additional occupants on the main floor. The cottage is set back from Oak Point Road (Rte. 230) about 100 plus feet and offers a lovely, level yard area (great for children).
Amenities include TVs and DVD players in all bedrooms and living room. The following are provided: cable, wireless Internet, unlimited local and long distance calling within the US and Canada, and more. Kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are provided.
