Darling Little Cottage "in town" in rear yard of main house at 4507 Central Avenue. Private pathway. 2 twin beds on main floor can be put together as a king. Double bed and small corner sink on second floor open loft. Full shower bath on main level. Outdoor hot/cold shower. Washer/dryer. Excellent heating/cooling system. Access to beach chairs, grill and storage in "playhouse". Shady yard is fenced in. See #74545 and #33343 for other summer rentals.

- Wipes up refrigerator/freezer spills, crumbs & fingerprints

- Grill is cleaned of food debris & grease. Propane turned off & grill cover replaced
- Hoses off porch & porch furniture
- Empties & relines waste baskets (liners in house)
- Sorts trash. Promptly removed from house & placed in cans with lids. No overflowing
- Does laundry - all week long - mattress pads, pillow protectors, towels, throws, blankets & quilts. All can go in washer & dryer
- Wipes up bath rooms daily. The changeover crew scours, scrubs, uses toothbrushes, toilet bowl scrubs, glass cleaner & serious chemicals each week. BUT with a houseful of people using the bathrooms every day…bathrooms cannot return to awesome each week unless every rental group keeps them clean with frequent sprays of scrubbing bubbles, glass cleaner and daily maintenance (supplies in home)
