This luxurious home boasts over 4,000 square feet of living space, a private detached “Casita”, fantastic outdoor living space, and a relaxing hot tub. As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 65” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious covered patio with heaters, gas fire pit, gas BBQ, and a large private hot tub. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the panoramic views of the pond and Rope Rider Golf Course.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 3. The dining table is just steps away and expands to 8 comfortably.
The detached "Casita" is a great spot for a family with children or a couple that needs privacy. The Casita great room features a smart TV, full sleeper sofa, card table, and a kitchen. There is a private bedroom furnished with a queen bed, and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The private bath has a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer.

* The 2nd bedroom on the upper floor has a king bed, and shares a large bathroom with the bonus-bunk room.

(The owners of Park Place have a dog that visits the cabin with them. This cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, so please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected. No other pets are allowed. )
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
