The space
Full private 1 bedroom apartment on the lower, ground level of my home. There is a very small single step inside the front door, as well as into the bathroom. Full kitchen open with living room, 3 piece bath, and breakfast nook.

Please feel free to use the driveway and deck outside the apartment door. If you require additional chairs please just ask and you shall receive:)
Other things to note
Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind inside the apartment.
This is a very family friendly and dog/pet friendly home. There will be some noise but we do try our best to contain it. If you find it bothersome, please reach out so we can rectify the matter asap:)
