Summary: The Palms is a lovely hotel with a wonderful location a block from the beach. The staff is very accommodating, but this property may not suit all American tourists. The rooms are very small in general and the hot water doesn’t really work. If your room is on the second floor, you will have to walk up a flight of stairs.
