Ideal for a fun family retreat (your dog included!), this two-story home provides all the conveniences and comforts of a home away from home along with that rustic charm that will help you forget about anything else. The first level offers two private bedrooms with baseboard heat units, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a baseboard heat unit, and an inviting living space with a flatscreen TV connected to a Roku device, perfect for streaming (Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, etc.), as well as 20+ cable channels through the Spectrum app, comfortable furnishings, a space heater, and a foosball/coffee table.
Climb up the stairs and you'll come across the main living space of the home. The living room is a great place to unwind and gather with your family–you can either play one of the many board games available while the kids get lost in one of the many kids' books or toys, stream your favorite series or movies on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV (with Roku and cable as well), or simply relax and enjoy the silence by the gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets, cookware, and appliances you could think of to prepare delicious, homemade meals, and snacks. Get comfortable at the six-person dining table and enjoy a mouth-watering meal.
Right off the living/kitchen area is a three-season porch built in 2019 equipped with a round outdoor table and seven chairs–this is another great place to hang out with your family, play some cards, share snacks, or an outdoor meal. Adjoining the porch is an uncovered balcony with another outdoor table and a private gas grill.

The Knights Hill Association pool, tennis courts, and playground are also available to guests. If you don’t mind a steep hill, it’s about a mile walk up East Pondcherry, over Knights Hill Road, and to the left at the dead end. Otherwise, it’s a 60-second drive. Additionally, the Knights Hill Association private beach and docks are a short walk from the house. For kayak, paddleboard, and canoe rentals, check out Lake Region Paddle, less than one and a half miles from the home. They will deliver and pick up for free to the KHA docks! Just make sure to reserve your rentals at least 24 hours in advance, or visit the shop at 1 Mountain Road, about a mile from the house. If you'd like to try some of the delicious, local cuisine, make sure to stop by Ebenezer’s Pub (eight miles), a destination for beer lovers that boasts one of the largest beer selections in the U.S CampFire Grill (less than 10 miles), a family-friendly American casual restaurant, and Standard GastroPub (seven miles).
