Summary: This was hands down the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. The lay out of the home was perfect. We traveled with our 2 children (3 and 1), our nanny, and 2 friends from Florida. The upstairs had 3 beautiful bed rooms and an open EIK. The living room had comfortable couches with amazing water views. The downstairs was super spacious and had a separate television room and 2 other bedrooms with a huge bar with dishwasher and wet sink. The wrap around deck was perfect for watching the sunset and sunrise. The heated pool heated up very fast and we were able to enjoy time in the pool with our kids. Right across the street was a private beach with chairs and water access that allowed us to walk the shore line up to Gosman’s. We were in walking distance to the ice cream shop and a bunch of great restaurants. One of the coolest things we did was walk up to Gosman’s fish market at 830am and watched them off load the fish from local boats. We were invited in by the owner to watch them filet tuna, swordfish etc. We are looking forward to staying here next year. Richard, thank you for be an amazing host.
