Positive: Hello everyone, These are my honest impressions after spending 4 days here. First of all, the photos you see in their listing only capture a small part of what you’ll experience. Trust me — everything in real life is far more beautiful than the pictures. The location is perfect. It’s just a 5-minute scooter ride from the center, giving you the ideal balance between peacefulness and easy access to the busy areas whenever you want. There are plenty of food options nearby, from famous restaurants to local street food. I even gained about 1 kg because I simply couldn’t resist all the delicious food around. The room is spotlessly clean, everything looks new, well-maintained, and works perfectly. As for the service, I honestly felt a bit guilty because I received so much value for what I paid. They even asked for my check-in time just to turn on the air-conditioning in advance so the room would be cool when I arrived. Breakfast is prepared and placed neatly in front of your door every morning, whether you need it or not. From the grandmother and grandfather to every other family member, everyone is incredibly warm and helpful. In short: If you want a fancy, luxurious stay, go ahead and book a high-end resort. But if you want a place that truly feels like your home in Bali, then Umah Kerta is absolutely the right choice.
