• We don’t host Prom, Graduation, or Senior Weekend groups.
• Booking guest must be 25+ years old with no negative past reviews.
• For adult-only groups, all guests must be 25+ years old or traveling with parents.
• Parking is available for up to 4 cars (2 driveway, 2 street with provided permits).
• Home sleeps up to 10 guests. All king/queen beds will be shared and the upper bunk beds or sleeper sofa will be used. No children under 6 years old on the top bunk; max weight 175 lbs.
• To finalize your reservation, a signed Rental Agreement must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. The link to complete the agreement will be provided after your booking is accepted. To complete the agreement, you will need the full names and ages of each guest, along with a copy of the booking guests' government-issued ID. Please note: failure to complete this step within the given timeframe will result in automatic cancellation.
• Kindly note: Your credit card will reflect two separate charges—one from VRBO for their service fee, and another from Our Humble Homes for all remaining booking costs.
