There are all sidewalks to make the walk family friendly. The spacious yard offers lots of room for activities. Out back you will find a large deck with a BBQ grill and dining set.
The first floor features a kitchen, dining room, living room, kids play room, and a half bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a soaking tub and tile shower. Through a private entrance in the garage is a rec room which has a large tv, 2 couches, and a desk (this room is not heated).
