The gourmet kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, is ideal for preparing and enjoying meals together. Relax on your private beach area, perfect for unwinding with a refreshing drink or floating on a raft. You will also have access to a private dock with a swim ladder and opportunities for boating, swimming, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. Bring your own boat, (2 slips), paddleboards, jet skis, etc. We provide two single seat kayaks with lifejackets (multiple sizes) for your enjoyment. Enhance the ambiance with surround sound and outdoor speakers while listening to your favorite music. Relax in the outdoor covered sitting area enjoying your favorite drink while admiring stunning sunsets. A standby generator will protect against a power outage.
