The main level includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, and primary suite. The open layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together, whether you’re cooking dinner, gathering around the table, or relaxing in the living room. The deck connects directly to the main living area, creating a large indoor/outdoor space overlooking the cove.
Enjoy your morning coffee outside, grill dinner after a day on the lake, or simply settle in and enjoy the view.

Lake Water Levels:
Kerr Lake is a flood control reservoir, and water levels will naturally fluctuate throughout the year. At normal height/full pool (300ft), the water depth at the end of our private dock is approximately 5 ft deep, but this can change depending on lake conditions. If you’re bringing a boat for your stay, we recommend checking current lake levels before your trip.
Boating:
Our private dock can accommodate up to two boats, and guests will also have access to our community dock slip that is a 4-minute walk from the house. There is plenty of parking for boats and trailers on-site, that nearest boat ramp is a quick 10 minute drive away at the Buffalo Creek Boat Ramp.
