Summary: Property is above the 3-car garage of a primary residence, with private entrance. So long as one is able to take one flight of stairs up to the area, everything is as advertised -- and likely lesser stairs overall compared to many Seatlle-area properties, where 2 or 3 stories are typical. Very nice floorplan and finishing touches -- upper-end, new-quality construction. Spacious and comfortable. We did not encounter any neighbors or homeowner. Nearby train might bother some (occasional whistles), but wasn't something that would dissuade us from staying again. Comfortably met our needs.
