THE HOUSE
The open-floor plan connects the livingroom to the kitchen, and down the hallway is a full bathroom, 1 bedroom with a new Queen natural latex bed, and the other room has a large couch for relaxing with a TV.
The utility basement has a shared washer/dryer.
There is on-site parking in the driveway (up to two cars upon request) and often ample street parking.
I also have a backyard studio that I may be in from time to time, and will notify ahead of time if I need access to the basement (laundry, tools, etc.).

Right around the corner is Breakside Brewery (very popular!), Good Neighbor Pizza, Woodlawn coffee shop, Firehouse, The Non-Profit Oregon Public House (beer profits go to charity), Tamale Boy, Ps & Qs Market & Cafe, Tough Luck & many more. Woodlawn Movement provides yoga and martial arts classes, as well as massages and body work. Also around the corner is a lovely park with a jungle gym and basketball courts.
