Our home is located in a cozy beach town on the Toms River one block from the beach. Right down the street is a lifeguarded swimming beach, one of 2 piers for fishing and crabbing and live music on the weekends. There’s also a newly installed splash park for little kids and a 2 mile boardwalk perfect for morning or evening strolls with gorgeous sunset views!

Less than 200 feet from the house is a restaurant (The Anchor Inn), a small market for essentials and an ice cream shop. A short drive away are more restaurants along the waterfront with outdoor seating.

The home is a 15 minute drive to the ocean (Seaside Park/Seaside Heights NJ). Boardwalk, beaches, boardwalk games, food etc.

The house has a very large fenced in, private backyard with a deck. There’s two bedrooms upstairs. One with a king bed and the other has a queen. Another bedroom is located on the first floor with a pull out trundle bed (two twins). Fully stocked kitchen. Linens and towels included.
