Summary: Amazing property, amazing location! We had a wonderful week with family at Overbank Cottage. The house has tons of space and everything you could want or need for a week away. The yard is beautifully landscaped and the view of the beach can’t be beat. We loved having our morning coffees outside…..so relaxing. The beach is only steps away and so easy to access. Since we all came from out of town, we appreciated the beach chairs and towels available with the house. We also loved being able to cookout and prepare some meals in the spacious kitchen. Perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our time together. We hope to visit again some time in the future. Thank you Patrick for being a responsive and accommodating host!
