Our house is a 1940's charmer is located close to Gonzaga and WSU college campuses. Only minutes from downtown Spokane where you can enjoy shopping, many different restaurants, a booming nightlife, cute, unique coffee shops, the Spokane arena, and many local parks. This house offers plenty of room for the entire family. Whether you're staying for one day or one week, exploring all of what Spokane and the surrounding areas have to offer will be simple with this home base.
Nestled into the gorgeous and historic north Spokane neighborhoods, our house is within walking distance to the Spokane River, Centennial Trail, grocery stores, and a quick drive from pubs and fine dining.

The property has three beautiful bedrooms with one queen and two full beds, plus an office furnished with a desk, power strip & strong WIFI.
Need to sleep more? We've provided a couch that will sleep a 6' 2" man comfortably, as well as a full-size air mattress with all the necessary bedding. It can be placed in either of the two living rooms (one upstairs and one down) to comfortably increase the sleeping capacity to 8 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking you'd like to do while you're visiting. The dining area includes a small wooden table that works great for simple breakfasts, but due to the 1940s layout of the house, will not seat any large groups.
The fully renovated basement includes the master bedroom, master bathroom, and full-size washer & dryer at your disposal, along with an office.
You do not share this space with anybody. This rental is for the whole house, including a large backyard that a variety of fruit trees call home.
You can fit 2-3 cars in the driveway. Street parking in front of the house is free, and spots are always open. The neighborhood is very quiet and located very close to everything you'll need including groceries, gas, and things to do.
A car is recommended to get around, but Uber & Lyft are very available in this area.
Spokane is full of pubs, breweries, wineries, hiking trails, river walks, museums, colleges, and more. Whether you're in town for a work event or looking to explore Eastern Washington, you won't find any shortage of things to do here.
Please read all house rules below carefully. Failure to follow our rules that result in damage to any of our property or items could result in an additional cleaning fee or a charge to replace or repair damaged items, as well as an early departure from your stay without a refund.
- You must be 25 years old, or older, to book. You may not book this house on behalf of anyone else.
- No smoking (anything) inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional minimum $250 cleaning fee post-checkout.
- Please use provided towels to dry off when coming into the house if it’s wet/snowy outside.
- Drive slowly through the neighborhood.
- Maximum of 8 adult guests. Bringing more than 8 guests will result in an early end to your stay with no refund.
- Quiet hours are 11 pm-7 am. Our neighbors have our number and have been asked to call if guests are loud/disruptive after quiet hours. Please be respectful of our neighbors who call this community home. Not respecting quiet hours could result in an early end to your stay with no refund.
- No parties or events. This is a strict rule from Airbnb. Evidence of parties or events will result in an early end to your stay with no refund. and an additional minimum $200 cleaning fee.
- Please note, there are steep stairs in the house. We have one baby gate at the top of the stairs for safety. Monitor children at all times.
- Do not move furniture in any of the rooms in the house.
- When the trash cans get full, please empty them into the large garbage bin located in the driveway. Brown is garbage, and blue is recycling.
- Do not leave trash beside the outside trash bins. Critters will get into it and make a huge mess.
- Please do not stand or jump on beds (this includes children). This could result in them breaking and you being charged the cost of replacement.
- No pets are allowed at the house. If we find out there are pets in the house, this will result in an early end to your stay with no refund. Evidence of pets in the house after your stay will result in an additional minimum $250 cleaning fee after check out.
- You are welcome to enjoy our games, toys, and workstation. Please return all items to the same place and condition as it was found when you arrived.
- If you use the air mattress, please deflate it, and place all linens in the laundry room per check-out instructions before you leave.
