This split entry home with a view of Portland's West Hills, provides a getaway in the city. Fully furnished and well-appointed, with a gas fireplace for cool nights, and decks for warmer days and evenings, you can stay in comfort and are within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores and parks.
Features: split entry, skylights, floor to ceiling windows, knotty pine and hard wood floors. The main level includes an open floor plan with living room and fireplace, dining room with a sliding door to the upper deck, and a recently remodeled gourmet kitchen w/ a 42" SMART TV in the eating area. In the hallway a full guest bathroom with tub and shower is convenient for company and additional guests. The master bath features double sinks set into a Carrera marble vanity, and a territorial view to the east through the window in the walk in glass shower (don't worry, no one can see in). With the sun streaming in on sunny mornings, it is a great way to start your day. On the lower level, there is a second bedroom, laundry room, bathroom with shower, and family room with 48" HD TV, and sliding door to the lower deck. A ten minute drive to downtown, the HOTH is centrally located for multiple purposes. This is our home and due to circumstances of an accident, it is not accessible to us at this time. We hope those who opt to stay here will treat it as their home away from home.
Additional information: Total square footage: 2480 sq ft alarm system, outdoor grill, Patio tables and furniture, steep driveway with small pad parking at top, no garage, street parking available. Home is not suitable for small children or those with mobility issues. Owner lives in town and will greet guest and orient to the property. MINIMUM stay is 30 nights. Cleaning fee of $125.00 per cleaning and is added as an additional cost in rental rate. Cleaning required every other week.
